摘要
本文从资源需求、流量控制和统计复用效果、ＱＯＳ参数公式选择三个方面讨论了ＱＯＳ保证与网络资源高效利用的关系，用对比的方法说明了在保证服务质量的前提下从上述三个方面提高网络资源利用率的可行性。
The relationships of QOS guarantee and high utilization of ATM network resources are discussed from following three aspects: resource requirements, traffic control and statistical multiplexing gain, and selection of formulae for QOS parameters. Comparison shows the feasibility of achieving high utilization of network resource while satisfying user's QOS requirements. Finally, future QOS research about improving utilization of network resource is proposed.
