摘要
以丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)和丙烯酸(AA)为共聚单体,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为分散剂,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法制备了可重复粘贴的微球状PSA(压敏胶)。研究了水油比(即水与主单体质量比)、软硬单体质量比、分散剂种类和搅拌速率等对聚合物粒径及PSA性能的影响。结果表明:当水油比为3∶1、软硬单体质量比为6∶1、分散剂w(PVA-1788)=1.00%和搅拌速率为300 r/min时,相应的微球状PSA具有良好的再剥离性和重复粘贴性。
With 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate (2-EHA), methyl acrylate (MA) and acrylic acid (AA) as comonomers, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as dispersant, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator, the microsphere PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) with repeatable bonding was prepared by suspension polymerization method. The influences of some factors such as mass ratio of water to oil,mass ratio of soft to hard monomers,dispersant types and mix round speed were investigated on polymer particle size and PSA's properties. The results showed that the corresponding microsphere PSA has good repeelable and repeatable bonding when mass ratios of water to oil and soft to hard monomers were 3:1 and 6:1 respectively,mass fraction of PVA-1788 was 1.00%,and mix round speed was 300 r/min.
