摘要
试验了退火加热温度及保温时间对铜包铝线力学性能和界面化合物层形态及厚度的影响,绘制了铜包铝线力学性能及化合物层厚度随退火温度的变化曲线;介绍了加热温度及保温时间对铜包铝线电性能的影响。为正确制定铜包铝线退火规范参数提供了依据。
The affects of annealing temperature and its keeping time on mechanical properties, the interface com- pound morphology and layer thickness of copper clad aluminum wire are tested, and the affects curves are drew. The paper also introduces the temperature and keeping time how to change the electric properties of copper clad aluminum wire, which provide correct basic parameters to anneal the copper clad aluminum wire.
