摘要
城市电动自行车作为一项新兴的交通工具,自出现以来就备受争议。面对这种新兴交通工具的出现,很多城市都制定了相应的应对措施,有些城市还经历了"禁电"到"不禁电"的管理过程。每一种交通工具都有相应的服务人群,旨在通过大量的调查,掌握电动自行车的出行特征,为研究、制定电动自行车相关政策提供相应依据。
Since urban electric bicycle appeared as a new means of transport, there has been at odds. Facing of the emergence of this new means of transport, many cities have con＇esponding response. Some cities have experienced a electric bicycle forbiden process to no forbiden process. Each vehicle has a corresponding service groups, this paper aims to study electric bicycles travel features through a lot of investigation, and provide the appropriate basis for policy about development of electric bicycles.
