摘要
本文运用琼脂平板稀释法对兰考泡桐花成分的抑菌活性进行研究。首次研究了兰考泡桐花总黄酮和各提取物(水提取物、75%乙醇提取物、95%乙醇提取物)对几种常见细菌和真菌的抑制作用。结果表明:兰考泡桐花总黄酮对供试菌株的抑菌活性最为显著,对大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonasaeruginosa,)、沙门氏菌(Salmonellaparatyphi)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcusattreus)、白色念珠菌(Candida albicans)的MIC值分别为10、1.25、5、0.625、10mg/mL。兰考泡桐花总黄酮抑菌活性显著,尤其是对革兰氏阳性菌抑菌表现出良好的抑制作用,有望取代抗生索成为新的饲料添加剂。
The agar plate dilution method was used to study the bacteriostasis of its total flavonoid and other extracts. In this study, we studied for the first time antimicrobial activities of different extracts from P. elongata flower, including FEPF, water extract,75 % ethanol extract and 95 % ethanol extract, in vitro against common pathogenic microorganisms. Results obtained suggested that FEPF showed the most significant antimicrobial property. FEPF inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli , Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Salmonella paratyphi , Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in term of MIC values at 10,1.25,5,0.625 and 10 mg/mL, respectively. It can be seen that the total flavonoid of P. elongata flower used as plant feed additives would be a better alternative to antibiotics.
