准噶尔山楂色素提取和精制工艺研究

摘要 本文对准噶尔山楂色素的提取和精制工艺进行了研究,结果表明:准噶尔山楂色素的最佳提取条件是浸提剂pH3.0的85%乙醇,提取温度25℃,提取时间2h和固液比1:30;用X-5大孔吸附树脂对色素进行精制,以树脂柱径高比1:15、流速3.0mlMmin、pH3.0和色素液浓度1.0g/L为最佳吸附条件,而以95%乙醇做洗脱液,在pH2.0、流速5.0mIMmin和3倍于柱床体积的洗脱条件下解吸附效果最佳;色素色价为28.43。 The extracting and refining technology of pigment from Crataegus songorica K. Koch was studied by orthogonal design in the paper. The best extracting conditions were 85% ethanol using 30 times volume, pH 3.0,25 ℃and 2 h. The X-5 macroporous resin was used to refine the pigment. The best adsorption conditions were 1.0 g/L pigment solution, pH 3.0, velocities of flow 3.0 mL/min, resin diament vs height 1:15 ;The 95 % ethanol as elnting solvent, pH 2.0, velocities of flow 5.0 mIVmin and 3 BV elnting solvent volume were the best desorption conditions. The pigment produced by this method was purple and its colour scale was 28.43.
