摘要
通过毒叶法和接触法对甲氰菊酯和辛硫磷混合后对家蚕的毒性进行了测定。毒叶法对家蚕的LC50 及95 %置信限分别为:甲氰菊酯0.04373(0.0428~0.0447) μg/mL ;辛硫磷0.7037(0.695~0.712)μg/mL ;混合剂0.1123(0.107~0.118) μg/mL。接触法对家蚕的LC50 及95 %置信限分别为:甲氰菊酯0.717(0.664~0.770) μg/mL ;辛硫磷27.15(24.74~29.56) μg/mL ;混合剂4.384(3.943~4.826) μg/mL ;经过联合作用系数法评定认为甲氰菊酯和辛硫磷混用后对家蚕的毒性变化规律为相加作用。
Toxicity of fenpropathrin, phoxim and its mixture to silkworm were tested by food intake method and contact method. The LD50 and its 95% confidence limits of pesticides by food intake method were fenpropathrin 0.043 73 (0.042 8~0.044 7) μg/mL; phoxim 0.703 7 (0.695~0.712) μg/mL; the mixture 0.112 3 (0.107~0.118) μg/mL. The LD50 and its 95% confidence limits of pesticides by contact method were: fenpropathrin 0.717 (0.664~0.770) μg/mL; phoxim 27.15 (24.74~29.56) μg/mL; the mixture 4.384 (3.943~4.826) μg/mL. The toxicity of fenpropathrin and phoxim was evaluated by Finney method and result showed that it was combined action.
