摘要
以某商业广场项目基坑采用SMW工法围护为研究背景,详细介绍了围护稳定验算模型结果,SMW工法施工前的回填、放线、定位等各项准备工作;施工过程桩基下沉及注浆控制,搅拌桩施打顺序,插拔H型钢的工艺等;施工过程中对沉桩及插拔H型钢采取了质量控制措施,成功地完成了该基坑的施工,并提出设计及施工中的一些体会和建议。
Taking some commercial square whose foundation pit adopts SMW construction method to undertake the enclosure protection as the research background,the paper introduces the results of the stable calculation model of the enclosure and all the preparations,including the backfill,the lining,and the location before the SMW construction,indicates the settlement of the pile foundation and the grouting control,the sequence of the mixing pile,the craft of swap H steel in the construction process,indicates the quality control measures for the sinking pile and the swap H steel in the construction process,accomplishes the construction of the foundation pits,and points out some consideration and suggestions for the design and the construction.
