摘要
以二乙撑三胺、甲醛、亚磷酸为原料合成二乙撑三胺五甲撑基磷酸(DETAPP),并将其添加到低温磷化工艺中。我们发现在低温磷化工艺中添加DE-TAPP能明显地提高磷化后钢铁的耐蚀性和耐磨性。其机理在于这种有机膦酸能与Zn2+、Fe3+等螯合附集在钢铁表面形成一层耐蚀性的膜。
DETAPP (diethylene triamine pentamethylene phosphoacid ) was synthesized using diethylene triamine, formaldehyde and phosphorus acid. When the phosphonic acids were added into the process of cryophosphatization, it possessed excellent characteristic of inhibitting wear and corrosion for steel-phosphatization. The mechanism showed that the organic phospho acid could chelate with Zn2+ .Fe3+and formed a film on the surface of steel, further, inhibited corrosion for steel.
