摘要
目的:探讨全国名老中医崔公让教授治疗臁疮的临床经验。方法:分析崔公让教授临床对臁疮病因病机的认识以及专方论治方法。结果:崔公让教授认为臁疮的病机以"虚"为本,关键在于"湿"和"瘀"。强调在中医内治的同时应重视外治疗法,自拟赤芍甘草汤和疮疡外洗方用于临床。结论:崔公让教授临床治疗臁疮用药精当,疗效佳。
Objective：To investigate the clinical experience of Professor Cui Gong Rang in the treatment of ecthyma.Methods：Syndrome types and treatment methods of ecthyma adopted by Professor Cui Gong Rang in clinic were analyzed.Results：Professor Cui Gong Rang consider that ecthyma is the cause of the wet and virtual,Emphasized in Chinese medical treatment at the same time should pay attention to external treatment,since the proposed TPG licorice soup and sore Washing side for clinical use.Conclusion：Syndromes for stomach pain are accurately differentiated by Professor Cui Gong Rang with precise and appropriate medication and excellent clinical therapeutic effects.
