摘要
目的:总结严道南教授治疗儿童变应性鼻炎经验。方法:以严道南教授教授治疗儿童变应性鼻炎验案为依据,分析总结其辨证思路及临证经验。结果:严道南教授针对变应性鼻炎患儿多为虚寒体质这一特点,提出益气温阳的治疗大法,并在此基础上针对肺脾虚寒、寒热夹杂、本虚标实不同证型加以辨证治疗,临床疗效显著。结论:严道南教授治疗儿童变应性鼻炎方法独特,可资临床参考。
Objective：The experience of professor Yan to treat children allergic rhinitis.Methods：Based on the experience of Yan to treat children allergic rhinitis,analysis the experience of syndrome differentiation and disease.Results：Based on children allergic rhinitis more for cold empty constitution this characteristic,this paper puts forward the temperature of the PE Yang treatment method,and based on the spleen deficiency lung cold,cold and impurity,the empty mark different type of card to diagnosis and treatment,clinical curative effect is distinct.Conclusion：The method of professor to treat children allergic rhinitis is unique,for clinical reference.
