摘要
目的:探讨温肾化痰法治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性支气管炎患者用随机数字表法平均分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予具有温肾化痰功效的汤药(药物组成:仙灵脾30 g,补骨脂15 g,山茱萸15 g,五倍子10 g,桔梗15 g,炙紫菀15 g,炙百部15 g,款冬花10 g,杏仁15 g,焦麦芽、三山楂、焦神曲各15 g,苍术20 g,生薏苡仁15 g;兼肺脾气虚者加黄芪30 g,防风15 g;阴阳两虚者加生地黄20 g,玄参15 g,麦冬15 g;兼有瘀象者加赤芍10 g,丹参15 g;兼有血虚者加鸡血藤30g,当归15 g)口服。对照组常规给予祛痰镇咳及解痉平喘药。观察治疗3月后,两组患者的症状改善情况。结果:观察组临床症状改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以温肾化痰为基础的中药汤剂在改善慢性支气管炎患者临床症状方面,有着较好的疗效。
Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of warming the kidney and resolving phlegm treatments for chronic bronchitis.Methods：60 patients with chronic bronchitis patients divided into trial group and control group by random number table method,each group 30 cases.The observation group to give kidney function of temperature phlegm liquid form（drug composition：the faeries spleen 30 g,psoralea corylifolia 15 g,15 g dogwood,WuBeiZi 10 g,platycodon grandiflorum 15 g,grilled 15 g,resolving roasted sites 15 g,winter spent 10 g,almond 15 g,focal three fairy the 15 g,20 g,born kindhearted cangzhu YiRen 15 g;and lung spleen-deficiency adds the astragalus 30 g,including 15 g,Yin and Yang adds the deficiency of both born dihuang 20 g,xuan and 15 g,dwarf lilyturf 15 g;both stasis like adds the root 10 g,danshen 15 g;blood deficiency and adds the JiXieTeng 30 g,angelica root 15 g） oral.The control group to give conventional phlegm antitussive and spasmolysis antiasthmatic.Observed the symptoms improvement of two groups after 3 months.Results：The clinical symptoms of the observation group was better than the control group,both significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine based on warming the kidney and resolving phlegm has a good effect on improving the clinical symptoms of chronic bronchitis.
