摘要
亚低温治疗是指通过控制性降低患者核心温度以保护器官免受损伤影响。至今,亚低温治疗作为一种脑保护方法已经用于多种脑损伤疾病中。并且逐渐发现在其他器官损伤时也可能具有一定的保护作用。本文述评了亚低温治疗的应用范围、目前的临床研究证据以及国内的应用现状。讨论将来研究及临床使用亚低温治疗以改善器官损伤预后的注意事项。
The mild hypothermia therapy prevents organ injures by controlling the core temperature, which is used as a brainprotecting method in the treatment of various neurological injuries and gradually in other organ injuries recently. In this review, we reviewe the current clinical evidence and application of mild hypothermia therapy in china, and focus on some matters for attention in the use of mild hypothermia therapy in improving the prognosis of organ injures.
