摘要
目前,天津市的服务贸易市场尚未成熟,无论是在总体规模及发展水平上,还是在出口竞争能力上,与世界发达国家或地区的服务贸易相比还存在着很大差距。天津市应紧紧围绕国家经济发展的总体规划,以建立北方重要经济中心为目标,发挥中心城市的功能,并进一步提高人民的生活水平,改善由于服务贸易发展滞后而制约经济发展的局面,进一步开放服务市场,提高服务贸易出口竞争力。
Now, compared with developed countries and regions all over the world, service trade market in Tianjin is not mature in overall scales and development levels as well as export competitiveness. According to overall planning of national economic development, Tianjin should play the role of central cities to further people＇s living standard and change economic development limited by backward service trade aiming at building an important economic center in North China. It should also need to open service market to increase export competitiveness.
