摘要
目前,哈尔滨地区餐饮业在应用电子商务方面主要有三种形式:大型连锁餐饮企业的电子商务;由第三方建立的餐饮综合性网站;无线点菜收银系统在部分小型餐饮企业的应用。哈尔滨地区餐饮企业应用电子商务,应克服利润空间小、专业人才缺乏的困难,转变营销观念,加强硬软件设备投入;对内,应实现点菜收银系统的信息化,服务自动化、智能化,加强餐饮企业内部电子化管理;对外,应自建企业门户网站,充分利用第三方平台,强化企业间的联盟,加强信息化建设,实现餐饮电子商务服务一体化。
Now the e-commerce of Harbin catering industry shows three forms: e-commerce of large chain catering industry, comprehensive catering website created by the third party, and wireless ordering and charging system of small scale catering enterprises. When applying e-commerce, Harbin catering industry shoud solve the problems of small profits and short professionals, and change marketing concepts to increase input in hardware and software. Within catering industry, it should reach ordering and charging information system, and automatic and intelligent services to increase internal electronic management; outside of catering industry, it should establish its web portal to increase alliance among enterprises by the third-party platform, and increase information construction to realize integration of e-commerce service.
