枪击噪声对大鼠胃粘膜的损伤机制 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察枪弹噪声对大鼠胃粘膜的急性损伤作用并探讨与某些激素的关系。方法采用32只国标Wistar大鼠,以56式冲锋枪射击时产生的脉冲噪声,对大鼠连续进行声刺激,随机分设实验A,B,C组(分别刺激1,12,24h)及对照组(不行声刺激,其他条件相同)。分别观察胃粘膜损伤情况及某些激素变化。结果各实验组胃粘膜损伤指数显著高于对照组(P<0.01);光镜、电镜观察组织学变化也有显著区别;血清促胃液素(Gas)及血浆内皮素(ET)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血浆一氧化氮(NO)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枪弹噪声对大鼠胃粘膜有急性损伤作用;Gas,ET,NO在其发病机制中均起到十分重要作用,此对战地防治胃疾病具有指导意义。 AIM To investigate the effect and mechanism of acute gastric mucosal injury by firing noise in rats. METHODS Thirty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group which were divided into A, B and C subgroups, A, B and C subgroups were stimulated separately by firing noise of type 56 submachine guns for 1, 12 and 24 h. The control group was not stimulated by noise.RESULTS The ulcer index was significantly higher in experimental group (A, B and C) than that in the control group (P<0.01). Remarkable histologic changes have been observed in experimental group under light and electron microscope. The serum gastrin (Gas) and plasma endothelin (ET) in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The serum nitric oxide (NO) level was significantly lower in experimental group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION The acute gastric mucosal injury can be caused by the stimulation of firing noise. Gas, ET and NO play important roles in its mechanism.
