摘要 目的：观察血浆置换治疗ＡＢＯ 血型不合异体外周血干细胞移植后出现红系再生障碍的疗效。方法：ＣＳ３ ０００ Ｐｌｕｓ 血浆置换，回输“ＡＢ”型健康人血浆及７０６ 代血浆。结果：置换后１０ ｄ Ｈｂ上升，３ 周后上升为９４ ｇ／Ｌ。结论：血浆置换是治疗ＡＢＯ 血型不合异体外周血干细胞移植后纯红再障比较好的方法。 Objective:To treat pure red cell aplasia caused by major ABO incompatible allo PBSCT with CS 3000 plus plasma exchange,and observe the treatment results.Methods:CS 3000 plus plasma exchange,and then transfusion human "AB" type plasma.Results:10 days after treatment,Hb began to rise,after three weeks,Hb rise to 94 g/L.Conclusion:Plasma exchange was a better method to treat PRCA complicating ABO incompatible allo PBSCT.
