摘要
目的：探讨复方黄黛片治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病（ＡＰＬ）的疗效及毒副作用。方法：１８例ＡＰＬ患者接受了系统的复方黄黛片治疗。结果：完全缓解率１００％ ，获ＣＲ所需的中位时间４２．５ｄ。疗程中不出现严重的感染、出血及ＤＩＣ。结论：复方黄黛片对ＡＰＬ具有特异性缓解作用。
Objective:To investigate therapeutic efficiency,toxity and side effect in treating acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) with Compound Huangdai Tablets.Method:Eighteen patients with APL taked Compound Huangdai Tablets systematically.Result:Complete remission (CR) rate was 100%.The mean time for achieving CR was 42.5 days.There weren′t serious infection,bleeding and DIC during the treatment course.Conclusion:Compound Huangdai Tablets has specific remission effect for APL without serious toxity and side effect.
