摘要
区域发展的非均衡性是指区域发展水平上的差异;循环经济是按照生态学原理和系统工程方法运行的具有整体、协同、循环、自生功能的复合生态经济。区域发展非均衡性是发展循环经济、实现可持续发展的推动力;而发展循环经济能够进一步缩小区域发展之间的差距,有助于消除区域发展之间的负外部效应。因此,只有明确区域发展非均衡性与发展循环经济之间的相互作用关系才能构建出适合不同区域循环经济发展战略,从而促进不同区域的可持续发展。
Non-equilibrium of regional development is the difference in the level of regional development. Circular economy is in accordance with ecological principles and systems engineering approach with the overall operation, coordination, circulation and self function of complex ecological health. The non-equilibrium of regional development is the driving force to develop the circular economy and sustainable development, the gaps and negative externalities between different regional＇ s developments could be further narrow and eliminate by developing circular economy. Therefore, the circular economy strategy could be build, which suitable for different areas, only understand the relationship between non-balanced regional development and develooment of circular economy, and further oromote harmonious and sustainable development.
