摘要
从RJV(研究型合作组织/企业,Research Joint Venture)研发合作网络嵌合度和研发合作中的技术创新与知识管理两个角度分析RJV绩效的影响因素,构建理论模型测度RJV合作研发绩效,并进行实证检验。
This article is aim to analyze the elements which influence the performance of RJV and evaluate the performances of RJV R＆D from the next two points of view. One is the degree of embedding of RJV R＆D. Another one is technical innovation and knowledge management of RJV R＆D. It tries to create a theoretical model and make a demonstration test, which attempts to play a positive role of theoretical study and practice in the field of economics in China.
