摘要
文章分析了目前高职院校在校企合作、工学结合办学过程中出现的瓶颈,以及问题存在的原因,提出通过构建校企合作办学管理平台的方法及管理平台的目标导向来解决这个瓶颈,并提出了构建校企合作办学管理平台的途径——政府主导式、"政企校"联动式、校企关联度大的"融入式"、"引企入校"实践教学式、"订单培养"教学管理式等。并对其进行了详细阐述,对高职院校的校企合作办学起到了积极的引导作用。
This paper is to analyze the problems which arose in the process of cooperation between school and enterprises, work and study, and the reasons for these problems. It puts forward a way to solve the problems by constructing a school and enterprise cooperation managment stage, the direction of it, and the approaches government as the leading factor, the linkage among government, enterprises and school, the fusion between school and enterprises, the practical way of introducing the enterprises into school, ＂order for customers＂ teaching management and so on, which would be elaborated detailedly. So that it can play a leading role on school and enterprise cooperation positively.
