摘要
双层片以一种新的制剂形式在片剂的应用中占有一席之地,正越来越受到国内外学者的关注。可将一种或几种药物结合起来,制成双层片剂,目的是更好地发挥药物的治疗作用,减少其不良反应。同时,双层片可增大载药量,方便患者用药,也适合于工业化生产。双层片具有使药物的释放符合生理节律及病理生理的要求以及载药量增大能提高病人服药顺应性等特点,在临床用药中都具有重要的意义。
The double-layer tablet as one kind of new preparation in tablet formulation is being paid more and more attention to by the scholars across the world.The preparation could contain one or several drugs.The double-layer tablet has the advantages of improving efficacy and reducing adverse drug reactions.At the same time,it could increase the drug-loading rate,so it may be suitable for medications and the industrial production.The double-layer tablets have some unique characteristics,including releasing drug being consistent with the circadian rhythm and pathophysiological demands;and improving medication compliance by increasing the drug-loading rate,which had a great signifi cance in clinical medicine.
