摘要
针对院校教学档案管理的特殊性,在确保信息安全的前提下,按照院校档案管理的有关规定,基于VB平台和Access 2003数据库软件,设计开发院校教学档案管理信息系统,实现对院(校)、系、教研室(组)等教学档案的分类管理。信息系统具有档案归档、查询、报表、打印等功能,实现档案管理信息化,提高档案管理的工作效率。
Aiming at the specificity of teaching files management in college and according to the rules of files management, it develops a management information system for teaching files in college with Visual Basic and Access 2003 on the basis of information safety, which makes the sort management among college, department and teaching group come true. The system has the function of inquiring, reporting and printing, which achieves the informatization of file management and improves the working efficiency.
