摘要
目的:以人正常绒毛组织和人绒毛癌细胞JAR为研究对象,探求ERCC2表达与人绒毛癌细胞JAR发生的关系。方法:分别取人正常绒毛组织100mg,人绒毛癌细胞JAR108,提取组织中总RNA,采用RT-PCR的方法分析细胞中ERCC2表达水平。结果:ERCC2在人绒毛癌细胞JAR中表达显著低于人正常绒毛组织。结论:ERCC2在人绒毛癌细胞JAR中低表达可能是人绒毛癌细胞JAR恶变形成的基础。
Objective:To search the expression of ERCC2 in human choriocarcinoma cell line JAR.Methods:Total ribonucleic acid was extracted from human choriocarcinoma cell line JAR and human cytotrophoblast cells, and quantitative analysis ERCC2 gene expression was done by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results:ERCC2 gene expression in human choriocarcinoma cell line JAR was evidently lower than in human cytotrophoblast cells.Conclusion:It may be the cause of canceration.
