摘要
目的 探讨水蛭素对实验性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变形成的抑制作用。方法 应用在玻璃体腔注入血液的方法制成玻璃体积血的动物模型。利用光学显微镜观察不同时期对照组和水蛭素组玻璃体腔和视网膜的变化情况。结果 在视网膜水肿 ,神经节细胞减少 ,神经胶质细胞增生 ,玻璃体腔内渗出和增殖膜形成方面 ,与对照组相比水蛭素组的病变程度明显较轻。结论 水蛭素具有抑制玻璃体视网膜增生和保护视网膜组织的作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of hirudin on inhibition in a formation of experimental proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR).METHODS The models of rabbits eye with experimental vitreous hemorrhage were prepared through injection of blood into vitreous cavities. Histopathalogic characteristics of the vitreous and the retina were examined by light microscopy at various times in the hirudin group and control group. Results The eyes shown the edema of retina, decrease of ganglion cells, exudation of neuroglia cells, infiltration of vitreous and formation of proliferatiive membrane were milder notably in the hirutin group than in control group. Hirutin has an effect on inhibition for vitreous and retinal proliferation, and could protect retinal tissue.CONCLUSIONS\ Hirudin could inhibit PVR and protect retina.
