摘要
分析了民办高校学生助理参与图书馆管理工作所带来的效应,结合学生助理在管理工作中存在的普遍问题,提出了加强学生助理的管理工作是对图书馆的促进和完善。
In this paper,the effects of private college student assistant participating in the library management work were analyzed.Combined with existing problems in the student assistant management,it was proposed to strengthen the management of student assistants in libraries for the promotion and improvement of library.
