摘要
本文对上海市社区全科服务团队的不同模式进行总结,总结出四种不同的模式:"三元一体"服务模式、"四元一体"服务模式、"链式"服务模式、"户籍医生"模式,并对不同的模式进行比较分析。当前新医改提出了家庭医生责任制服务,全科服务团队是其最好的实现载体,需要不断优化模式内涵。
This paper we summarize the different models of community health service by general practitioners in Shanghai： the ＂ternary integration service medel＂,＂quaternary integration service model＂,＂chain service model＂,and＂household service model＂.And we also compare and analyze all the models.Now the family doctor′s responsibility service has been advocated.The best carrier to perform it is the general practitioner service team model,and the intention of the model needs to be continuously optimized.
