摘要
目的借鉴团队服务理念,探索团队建设在社区卫生服务工作中的实施方法、效果及意义,以期为其他地区的社区卫生服务团队建设提供参考。方法从团队构架、工作任务、工作流程、管理制度和工作制度等方面对团队建设在社区卫生服务工作中的应用进行现场研究,从社区健康服务中心卫生服务人次变化及重点人群管理情况等方面对团队建设的效果进行评价。结果 2010年(团队建设后)基本医疗服务人次比2008年(团队建设前)增长47.79%,全科医师日均诊疗人次同比增长35.00%,职工日均诊疗人次同比增长30.73%;2010年公共卫生服务人次同比2008年增长89.75%,职工日均公共卫生服务人次同比增长68.05%;重点人群管理数量和质量有明显提高。结论团队建设的开展提高了社区卫生服务中心医务人员的工作效率和服务质量,社区居民获得连续性服务得到有效保障。
Objective To learn the concept of team service,to explore implementation methods,effect and significance of team-building in community health services,so as to provide a reference for the team building in community health services in other areas. Methods Field studies on the application of team building in community health services were conducted from the angles of team structure,tasks,work processes,management systems,and work systems,And the effects of team building was evaluated in the lights of change in the number of population seeing a doctor in community health services centers and in the management of focus groups. Results The number of population seeking essential medical services in 2010(after the team building) rose by 47.79% as compared with that in 2008(team-building before),the daily average number of patients served by each practitioner grew by 35.00%,the daily average number of staff seeking medical care went up by 30.73% year-on-year.The number of population seeking public health service in 2010 rose by 89.75% as compared with that in 2008;the daily average number of staff seeking public health service increased by 68.05%.The quantity and quality of management for focus groups had been significantly improved. Conclusion The development of team building in community health service centers improve the working efficiency and service quality of the medical personnel,and successive services for community residents has been guaranteed.
