摘要
介绍了Pro/E的模具CAM技术,研究了模具数控铣削加工的基本流程,应用Pro/E的NC模块对实例"晾衣叉"的模具型腔进行数控铣削加工,通过加工的过程和方法,验证了应用Pro/E软件进行模具设计与制造的优越性。
The CAM technology of mold based on Pro/E software was introduced, the basic process of mold NC milling was studled, Taking the mold manufacture of a clothes fork as an example, NC milling was realized by using Pro/E software. The process and method of mold NC milling based on Pro/E were elaborated, and the advantages of inoht design and manutacture based on Pro/E ware were verified.
