糖化血红蛋白与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的关系.方法随机选取2009年1月至2010年1月2型糖尿病患者150例,根据糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的发生情况,分为DR组62例与NDR组188例,分别测定两组餐前血糖与HbA1c水平.结果DR组空腹血糖值为(12.58±3.45)mmol/L,NDR组空腹血糖值为(8.56±2.96)mmol/L,DR组空腹血糖值明显高于NDR组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR组HbA1c值明显高于NDR组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论HbA1c增高的患者易发生DR,控制HbA1c能够使DR的发生率降低. Objective To evaluate the relationship between glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods 150 cases with type Ⅱ diabetes were randomly selected from January 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital,and they were divided in two groups:DR group and NDR group.The blood glucose and HbA1c levels were determined before and after the dinner.Results 150 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes,including 88 patients in NDR group and 62 patients in DR group.The fasting blood glucose value was(12.58±3.45)mmol/L in DR group while the value was(8.56±2.96)mmol/L in NDR group,the fasting blood glucose value in the DR group was higher than that of the NDR group(P0.05).The HbA1c value in the DR group was also significantly higher than that in the NDR group(P0.05).Conclusion The patients with increased HbA1c are prone to be DR,and the control of HbA1c can reduce the incidence of DR.
