摘要
目的分析妊娠期急性左心衰病因、相关因素及治疗.方法回顾分析52例妊娠合并急性左心衰患者的临床资料及诊治情况.结果患者全部为农民,就医条件差,所有患者均没有定期产检.子痫前期心衰发病率占73.07%;妊娠合并甲亢的占13.46%.通过及时的抗心衰治疗、治疗原发病、适时终止妊娠,产妇及胎儿都能得到救治,并预后良好;2例死亡病例均有较多的并发症.结论预防妊娠期心衰的发生,关键在于早期发现、早期干预.完善基层妇幼保健组织,提高广大医务人员的专业技术水平,是做好围产保健工作的重要措施.
Objective To investigate pathogenic factor and therapy of acute left heart failure in gestation period.Method We retrospectively analyzed the clinical profile of 52 cases with acute left heart failure in gestational period.Results All Patients were peasants with bad medical condition,and they never received the prenatal examination.The incidence rate of pre-eclampsia with acute left heart failure was 73.07%,and that of hyperthyroidism was 13.46%.All parturient and fetus had remedied by the therapy of heart failure,primary disease in time and termination of pregnancy.Two death cases had more complications than others.Conclusions The key to prevent heart failure in gestation period is early diag nosis and treatment.To improve the technical level of doctors and strengthen the work of maternal and child health in rural area is one of the most important measures to improve the level of health care in gestation period.
