摘要
以会泽方铅矿浮选动力学模型为例,应用EXCEL和MATLAB分别求解浮选数学模型。研究认为,EXCEL中的规划求解工具简单快捷,适用于数学基础一般的科研人员;而MATLAB计算功能强大,可以实现各类复杂模型的求解。浮选模型拟合误差分析以及拟合值与试验值之间的相关分析均表明,分速浮选模型可以更好地模拟方铅矿的浮选过程。利用EXCEL和MATLAB解决有关矿物浮选动力学研究中的问题,可以充分发挥各种软件的专长,进一步提升软件的潜能。
The mathematic models are resolved with EXCEL and MATLAB respectively,illustrated by the example of Huize galena flotation kinetic models.The study indicates that the programming solver tool of EXCEL is simple and quick,which is applicable for technician with normal mathematics knowledge,however,MATLAB could resolve all kinds of complex models with powerful computing ability.Both fitting error analysis and correlation analysis between fitted recovery and actual recovery show that multi-rate flotation model can simulate the galena flotation process better.The expertise of these 2 softwares of EXCEL and MATLAB can be concluded and their potential can be further improve to solve problems of mineral flotation kinetics.
