摘要
目的分析脑室内脑膜瘤的MRI表现特点,提高对脑室内脑膜瘤MR诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析9例手术切除经病理证实、临床资料完整的脑室内脑膜瘤MRI表现。结果脑室内脑膜瘤以成人女性多见,好发于侧脑室(8/9),其次为四脑室。多数肿瘤表现为形态规则、边界清晰(7/9)。T1WI肿瘤多呈等信号(6/9)或稍低信号(3/9)、T2WI为稍高信号(6/9)或等信号(3/9),增强扫描呈中到重度均匀强化(8/9),少数可不均匀强化或轻度强化(1/9)。结论脑室内脑膜瘤的MRI表现具有特征性,结合患者年龄、发病部位可以提高对脑诊断的准确性。
Objective To explore the imaging features of meningioma in vertricles in order to improve diagnostic accuracy.Methods MRI characteristics of meningioma in ventricles in 9 cases proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results The tumors predominant occurred in grown up female,mostly in lateral and fourth ventricles.The tumous localized in the lateral bentricles in 8 cases and in the fourth ventricle in 1 case.The tumor tended to be roundish in shape（7/9）,with clear boundary.The tumors appeared isointense（6/9）or slightly hypointense（3/9）on T1WI,and slightly hyperintense（6/9）,isointense（3/9）on T2WI,moderately to markedly homogeneous enhancement of tumor could be seen on T1WI after injection Gd DTPA in te most of tumors（8/9）.a few of them showed slightly enhancement and heterogeneous enhancement（1/9）.Conclusion The accuracy of diagnosis of meningioma in ventricles depengs on their characteristic MRI appearances and specific tumor location and gender of patients.
