侧脑室副神经节瘤一例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 副神经节瘤是发生在副神经节的一种具有神经内分泌功能的少见肿瘤,分布与副神经节分布相当[1]。文献报道[2]中枢神经系统副神经节瘤多起源于颈静脉孔、颈动脉体、迷走神经。颅内原发性副神经节瘤罕见,通常由鼓室球瘤蔓延至颅内,仅见于鞍区、桥小脑脚、松果体区等部位。
