苯丙乳液防锈剂的合成及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯为单体合成了环境友好型苯丙乳液防锈剂;以红外光谱、透射电镜、纳米粒度仪测试了防锈剂的结构、表面形貌和粒径。结果表明单体均参与反应,防锈剂粒子为规整的球形,粒度分布均匀,平均粒径100nm左右。将防锈剂应用涂覆冷轧板实验,以盐雾实验、开路电位、扫描电镜表征了防锈性能。结果表明苯丙乳液防锈剂可有效隔绝腐蚀介质的侵蚀,防锈效果较好,成膜均匀、致密,附着力强。 A new environmental friendly water-soluble antirusting agent was synthesized with styrene, butyl acry- late and hexafluorobutyl methacrylate as the reaction monomers. The antirusting particles were characterized with FTIR, TEM and nanoparticle size analyzer, the results indicated that the products were regularly spherical shape with average size smaller than 100 nm and emulsifier was copolymerized. The effects of antirusting agent coated on the surface of cold rolled sheet were studied by methods of salt spray test, open potential and SEM. It was found that antirusting film was uniformity and densely on the surface of coating, has better corrosion resistance in corrosion environment.
