摘要
目的了解莆田市中学生性知识、性态度和性行为认知情况,为开展中学生性教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取莆田市2所重点中学、1所普通中学、1所职业高中共392名学生,进行问卷调查。结果只有61.2%学生接受过性教育,认为性教育收获大的只有4.8%,学生性知识来源主要是朋友、同学(51.5%),有56.4%的学生选择通过学校开设专门课程,有57.7%的学生最想知道有关青春期心理发育知识,63.5%的学生认为谈恋爱会影响学习,有30.4%的中学生看过黄色淫秽读物,其中43.7%来自网络。结论莆田市中学生虽然具备一定的性知识,但性态度较保守,学校开展的性教育不够普及,学校应重视青春期性健康教育。
Objective To understand the status of sexual knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of middle school students of Putian City so as to provide the evidence for improving sexual education in middle school students. Methods A total of 392 middle school students from 2 key middle schools, 1 ordinary middle school and 1 professional middle school of Putian City were enrolled in the study by the cluster sampling method and were investigated by a self-filled questionnaire. Results Only 61.2 % of the students received sexual education and 4.8 % of them thought the effect of the sexual education was good. The source of sexual knowledge of the students mainly came from their friends and schoolmates （51.5%）. The majority of the students （56.4%） would like to attend the special sexual education course of and 57.7 % of them would like to learn the knowledge of adolescent development. Totally 63.5 % of the students thought that teenage love would impede their study, and 30.4% of them read the salacious reading material, and 43.7% of the material came from network. Conclusions In general, the middle school students of Putian City have a certain level of sexual knowledge, and their sexual attitude was conservative. The sexual education in schools is not popular, therefore, the school authority should strengthen the sexual education.
