摘要
目的分析新疆维吾尔自治区各年度妇幼卫生服务指标完成情况,总结经验,发现问题并采取有效的干预措施。方法按照2001—2010年"两纲"规划目标,回顾性分析新疆妇幼卫生指标报表。结果妇幼卫生指标共21项中新疆已完成14项;新生儿出生缺陷发生率、5岁以下儿童中与重度营养不良患病率、城市儿童保健管理率、城市婚前医学检查率及农村婚前医学检查率5项指标未完成;婴幼儿家长科学喂养知识普及率及孕产妇中、重度缺铁性贫血患病率2项无基数。结论新疆实施"两纲"的妇幼保健工作取得了可喜的成绩,今后应继续采取切实有效的措施,强化妇女儿童保健服务功能,使妇幼保健工作全面提升。
