宫颈癌及癌旁组织和上皮内瘤变及病变旁组织中P16^(INK4A)蛋白的表达意义 被引量:1

The expression and significance of P16^(INK4A) in cerical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues

摘要 目的探讨P16INK4A蛋白在宫颈癌(cervical cancer CC)及癌旁组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepi-thelial neoplasia,CIN)及病变旁组织中的表达意义。方法采用免疫组化PV-9000方法检测P16INK4A蛋白在23例宫颈癌及癌旁组织、71例宫颈上皮内瘤变及病变旁组织、20例正常宫颈组织中的表达。结果宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变中P16INK4A蛋白表达随着宫颈病变程度加深,阳性率逐渐增高,强度增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P16INK4A蛋白在宫颈癌癌旁正常组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变病变旁正常组织、正常宫颈组织中不表达;P16INK4A蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达强度与肿瘤直径、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、民族及病理分级无关(P>0.05)。结论 P16INK4A蛋白表达与宫颈病变程度有关,病变旁组织均不表达,P16INK4A蛋白可能参与了宫颈癌的发生。P16INK4A蛋白表达与肿瘤直径、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移密切相关,可能作为新的评价宫颈癌患者预后的生物学指标。 Objective To investigate the P16INK4A protein in cervical carcinoma (cervical cancer CC) and adjacent tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, CIN) and adjacent tissue lesion significance. Methods P16INK4A protein was detected in 23 cases of cervical cancer and adjacent tissues, 71 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and tissue lesions, 20 cases of normal cervical tissue using immunohistochemistry PV-9000. Results The cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in P16INK4A protein with the deepening of cervical lesions, the positive rate increased gradually increasing intensity, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); and P16INK4A expression in cervical cancer tissue and cervical intraepithelial lesion tissue and no expression in normal cervical tissue; P16INK4A protein expression in cervical cancer and tumor size, invasive depth and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05), but with age, ethnic and histological grade (P〉0.05). Conclusion P16INK4A protein expression and the degree of cervical lesions, no lesion tissue expression, P16INK4A protein may be involved in cervical cancer. P16INK4A protein expression and tumor diameter, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, may be used as the evaluation of new biological indicators of prognosis in cervical cancers.
