摘要
目的探讨新疆和田地区维吾尔族农村老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者与非COPD者体内血清铁和锌含量的差异。方法新疆和田地区维吾尔族农村老年COPD稳定期患者(COPD组)150例和非COPD者(非COPD组)150例,应用美国VARIAN原子吸收分光光度计,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其血清铁和锌的含量,并分析其相关性。结果两组间第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、一秒率(FEV1/FVC%)、FEV1%预计值等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COPD组血清锌的含量低于非COPD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清铁的含量与非COPD组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COPD组血清铁和锌的含量呈负相关(r=-0.176,P<0.05)。非COPD组血清铁和锌的含量也呈负相关,有统计学意义(r=-0.177,P<0.05)。结论 COPD稳定期患者与非COPD者血清铁、锌含量有差异,提示血清锌的水平可能与COPD发病过程中的炎症反应有关。
Objective To discuss the diferences in serum content of iron and zinc between the rural Uigur elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients in Hetian region of Xinjiang and non-COPD.Methods Serum concentrations of iron and zinc of 150 rural Uigur elderly patients with COPD（COPD group） and 150 rural uygur elderly people with no COPD（non-COPD group） in Hetian region of Xinjiang were determined using a Varian Spectra flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer,and analyzed the relevance.Results There were significant differences in FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1% expected value（P〈0.05）.The serum zinc levels in COPD group was lower than non-COPD group.There were significant differences between the two group,while there were no significant differences in serum iron levels between COPD group and non-COPD group（P〉0.05）.In COPD group,the content of serum iron was negatively correlated with zinc, with statistical significance（P〈0.05.）In non- COPD group,the content of serum iron was negatively correlated with zinc, with a statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The contents of serum iron and zinc were different between the patients with stable COPD and the people with no COPD. It is suggested that the change of the contents of serum zinc may relate to inflammation in pathogenesis of COPD.
