摘要
目的总结腹膜后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术的护理配合经验,提高手术配合质量。方法对2006年3月至2011年3月期间在我院行腹膜后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术的95例病例护理配合过程进行总结分析,根据手术要求,做好术前访视;手术进程中要求护士技术操作熟练,与医师配合良好;重视术后护理。结果 95例肾囊肿病例的手术均取得成功,手术时间为45～110min,平均70min;术中出血量40～80mL,平均60mL;所有病例均于术后24h内肛门排气,术后第2天进饮食,术后2～3d患拔除肾周引流管;术后住院天数3～7d,平均5d,无1例出现腹膜损伤等并发症。术后病理检查报告均为良性。术后随访1年,无1例复发。结论做好术前访视,术中护士技术操作熟练,与医师配合良好,重视术后护理,有助于提高手术成功率。
Objective To summary the experience of nursing cooperation of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cystectomy, improve the operation cooperation with the quality. Methods To analyze the process of nursing cooperation of March 2006 - March 2011 in our hospital during retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cystectomy in 95 cases, according to surgical requirements, good preoperative visit; nurses skilled technical operations, and cooperate good with doctor; attention to postoperative care. Results 95 cases of renal cysts were successful surgical cases, surgical time was 45 to 110 minutes, an average of 70 minutes; blood loss was 40 to 80 ml, an average of 60 ml; all patients were within 24 hours after flatus, after the second day into the diet, after 2 to 3 days suffering from removal of perirenal drainage tube; postoperative hospital days 3 to 7 days, an average of 5 days, no one cases of peritoneal injury and other complications. Conclusion Good preoperative visit, nurses skilled technical operations, and cooperate good with doctor, attention to postoperative care, help to improve the success rate of surgery.
