在晚期肿瘤患者临终关怀中实施死亡教育沟通方法初探 被引量:21

摘要 目的通过对35名晚期肿瘤患者实施死亡教育的过程,来探讨在肿瘤科临床实施适应我国国情的死亡教育方法与技巧及注意点。方法分别针对患者采取借题发挥、探讨死亡、寻找价值、弥补缺憾,针对家属采取相互沟通、真诚关爱、持续哀伤护理等措施来实施死亡教育。结果通过对晚期肿瘤患者实施死亡教育的实践使临终患者改变了既往的讳死观,提高了生活质量,减轻了家属的压力,给他们带来了心理慰藉;使临床护士以正面的情绪护理临终患者,提高了职业成就感,也促进了肿瘤科优质护理踏实、有效地开展。结论在借鉴他人经验的同时,要采取适合我国国情的死亡教育方法,来体现在优质护理病区给予晚期肿瘤患者的终极关怀。 Objective To explore ways of death education which fits the situation of our country by giving death education to 35 patients with advanced cancer. Methods To patients, we seized topics and exaggerated them. Such topics included death, meaning of life and making up regrets of life To the family of patients, we adopted mutual communication, sincere care and continued mourning to carry out death education. Results After the implementation, the patients with advanced cancer changed their view of death, improved life quality, reduce the pressure of their families and brought psychological relief to their families. The nurses had positive attitudes to nurse those who were going to die. Thus the sense of professional achievement of the nurses was im- proved, which contributed to the work of the department. Conclusion When we draw lessons from the experience of others, we should make them adaptable to the condition of our country, we should give our best nursing to patients with advanced cancer.
