摘要
介绍了联合西文期刊篇名目次库系统的设计与实现方案。该系统通过 Web服务器 ,可以向读者提供检索、浏览、定题、原文索取等服务。同时 ,该系统还拥有管理和统计功能 ,可以使管理人员配置系统 ,管理原文索取情况及定题服务情况 。
This article introduces the design and implementation of the United TOC System. Based on the Web server, the United TOC System provides search, browse, SDI services, document delivery and other service to the readers all over the country. Moreover, this system provides management and statistic functions, Which enable the librarian configure the systcm, manage the document delivery and SDI services, counts the visitors and periodicals usage.
