摘要
目的:探讨康妇消炎栓联合司氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照设计,将232例慢性盆腔炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各116例。治疗组采用康妇消炎栓每晚睡前塞肛,每次1粒;司氟沙星0.3 g,1次/d,静脉滴注。对照组采用司氟沙星0.3 g,1次/d,静脉滴注;替硝唑0.4 g,1次/d,静脉滴注,2周为1个疗程,休息1周,共治疗3个疗程。参照《中药新药治疗女性生殖系统炎症的临床研究指导原则》的疗效标准进行治疗效果评价。结果:治疗组有效率为98.28%,对照组有效率为92.24%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.68,P<0.05)。治疗组86例得到平均7.4个月随访,复发28例(32.56%);对照组77例得到平均7.2个月随访,复发59例(76.62%),两组远期临床疗效复发率比较,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=31.70,P<0.01)。结论:康妇消炎栓联合司氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效良好。
Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Sparfloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease（PID）.Methods：The randomized controlled design was used.232 patients with chronic PID were divided into treatment group and control group,116 patients of each group.The treatment group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository plugging in the anus before bed time every night,1 pill each time and combined with 0.3 g Sparfloxacin,intravenous infusion once a day.The control group was treated with 0.3 g Sparfloxacin,intravenous infusion once a day combined with 0.4 g Tinidazole,intravenous infusion once a day.2 weeks were as 1 course and 1 week for break,there was a total of 3 courses.Curative effects criteria of clinical research guiding principles of new traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of female reproductive system inflammation was used to evaluate the curative effects.Results：The effective rate was 98.28% of the treatment group and 92.24% of the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups（χ2=4.68,P〈0.05）.86 patients of the treatment group were received an average of 7.4 months＇ follow-up and 28 patients relapsed（32.56%）.77 patients of the control group were received an average of 7.2 months＇ follow-up and 59 patients relapsed（76.62%）.The relapse rate of long-term clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference（χ2=31.70,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Sparfloxacin in the treatment of chronic PID has good curative effects.
