摘要
目的:制备盐酸小檗碱诱导的大鼠便秘模型。方法:将32只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组和三个剂量的给药组,每组8只。给药组分别灌胃给予低、中、高剂量(25、50、100 mg/kg)的盐酸小檗碱;空白组给予等体积的生理盐水。连续灌胃14 d后,观察各组大鼠的首次排黑便时间、6 h内排便粒数,并测定粪便含水量。结果:盐酸小檗碱中剂量组首次排黑便时间延长,6 h内排便粒数减少,粪便含水量降低,与空白对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸小檗碱能诱导大鼠便秘,造模成功。
Objective：To make constipation model with Hydrochloride Berberbine.Methods：32 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and 3 dosages groups,each group had 8 rats.Rats of 3 dosages groups were administered with different concentrations of Hydrochloride Berberine（25,50,100 mg/kg） by irrigation stomach for 14 days.While control group were administered with equal volume saline for 14 days.The time of the first black feces to be excreted and the number of rats＇ feces within 6 hours as well as the water percent of rat＇s feces were observed.Results：Hydrochloride Berberine of 50 mg/kg could markedly lengthen the time for the first black feces to be excreted,and decreased the number of rats feces within 6 hours.Water percent of rat＇s feces was also markedly decreased.Conclusion：Hydrochloride Berberine can be used to make constipation model of rats.
