自动化分析仪检测NSTE-ACS患者血清BNP与sST2水平变化分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨自动化分析仪检测非ST段抬高急性冠状动脉综合征(NSTE-ACS)患者血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)与血清可溶性ST2(sST2)水平的变化情况。方法:选择2008年4月至2011年4月在我院就诊的非ST段抬高心肌梗死(NSTEMI)患者139例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者94例和正常体检的健康对照组30名作为研究对象,使用雅培AXSYM全自动发光分析仪进行血清BNP和sST2浓度的定量检测,分别采用微粒子捕捉酶促免疫发光分析技术(MEIA)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)。结果:健康对照组、UA组和NSTEMI组间的血清BNP水平分分别为16.9±9.7,92.7±68.3和296.7±111.5,(P<0.01),sST2水平分分别为0.65±0.27,0.83±0.22和1.35±0.53,(P<0.01)呈梯度增高,且各组间皆具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,NSTE-ACS患者血清BNP水平与sST2水平呈显著正相关(r=0.722,P<0.001)。结论:血清BNP和sST2水平检测有助于对NSTE-ACS的诊断。 Objective:To study the efficiency of automatic biochemical analyzer in determination of serum B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and soluble ST2 (sST2)in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods:From Apr.2008 to Apr.2011, 193 patients with non-Q wave myocardial infarction(NSTEMI), 94 with unstable angina pectoris (UA) and 30 with complete medical check-up in our hospital were recruited in this study. The serum BNP and soluble ST2 were measured by MEIA and ELISA, respectively. Results:There were significant differences of serum BNP and sST2 in each groups of NSTEMI patients, UA patients and normal controls (P0.05). One-way ANOVA trend analysis indicated that the mean serum BNP and sST2 increased significantly from normal controls to NSTEMI patients (P0.01). The serum BNP had a significant correlation with sST2 in patients with acute coronary syndrome (r=0.722, P0.001). Conclusion:The changes of serum BNP and sST2 contribute to diagnose acute coronary syndrome.
