摘要
目的:探讨如何对PACS进行科学有效的管理并对其系统进行升级。方法:采用GE公司PACS系统,接入符合DICOM标准的影像检查设备,专人负责保障PACS系统软硬件维护管理。结果:实现了医疗影像的获取、传输、存储、调阅、处理和诊断报告数字化、电子化,实现了影像科的无胶片化管理。结论:对PACS系统进行有效地标准化管理是保障该系统稳定运行的前提,同时亦应当适时的对PACS系统进行升级以保证适应影像科的发展。
Objective：To discuss management and updating of PACS. Methods：The GE company PACS system wiht access to DICOM standards in line with the imaging device was maintained by special person. Results：The implementation of medical image acquisition, transmission, storage, access, processing and report the diagnosis digital, electronic, realized the image section without the film management. Conclusion：The standardized management of PACS is important to guarantee the stable operation of the system. Meanwhile, its updating is crucial.
