摘要
农民工问题的形成涉及到多方面原因,其解决方式也是一个复杂而系统的工程。专业社会工作由於其所具有的独特价值理念、问题分析和解决框架、方法和技巧以及承担角色和服务的多元性等特征,使其在助人工作中有着一般助人活动和其他助人专业所不具备的独特优势,在解决农民工问题中发挥着重要作用,不仅可以通过宣传和倡导社会工作的价值观,呼吁对农民工的尊重和理解;作为政策倡导者、影响者参与和影响政府社会政策的制定,间接为农民工谋取利益;还可以通过开展社会工作实务,协调和动员社会资源,直接为遇到困难的农民工提供切实的帮助。
The formation of Migrant workers＇ problems involved a number of reasons;its solution also is a complex and systematic project.Professional social work,due to its unique values,problem analysis and solution frameworks,methodologies and techniques,and the diversity of its role and service and so on,has its unique advantages than other helping activities and other helping professionals.It played an important role in solving the problems of migrant workers,not only through the promotion and advocacy of the values of social work,and called for respect and understanding for the migrant workers.As a policy advocator and influencer,it participated and influenced government social policy,indirectly,to seek benefits for the migrant workers indirectly;but also carried out social work practice,coordinated and mobilized community resources and directly to provide practical help for migrant workers who are in trouble.
