摘要
现代化的少儿图书馆服务方式提供读者自助式的环境。使其传统服务方式中的拒借率变为隐性。而在工作中,如果采用有效的对策可以揭示隐性拒借率,并降低拒借率。
Abstract： Modem library for children provides readers with the self-service environment, so the refusing ratio in traditional service model has become recessive. This paper discussed how to adopt effective strategies to reveal recessive refusing ratio and to reduce it in our daily work.
