摘要 在高校教育所提倡的"自主学习"模式中,教师教育观念的转变更新和自我能力的提高尤为重要,只有教师具有新的教学观念和出色能力,才能在教学中不断进行改革和创新,最终培养出新世纪所需要的创造性、自主型、多元化人才。 education concept renewal and self-competence development of college teachers are essential to autonomous learning advocated in higher education. Only with new education concept and excellent ability can teachers make reform and innovation continuously in teaching, and ultimately cultivate creative, independent and diversified talents for new century.
