介绍恶意下载的概念与特点,分析高校图书馆电子资源恶意下载现状,指出应通过制定严格的法律法规、加强管理、采用技术手段拦截恶意下载等措施来规范读者使用电子资源的行为。
The paper starts with the concept and features of malicious download, analyzes the status quo of electronic resources malicious downloads in college and university libraries, suggests that relevant countermeasures should be applied to regulate readers＇ behavior, including formulating strict laws and regulations, strengthening management, adopting technical ways, etc.
